For inner outer walls:

UltraTech ReadiPlast is a ready mix cement plaster/render with high quality polymeradditives.It can be used on inner and outer walls. It can also be used efficiently on brick, block, stone walls as well as concrete surfaces . UltraTech ReadiPlast gives even surface on which tiling can be done faster and efficiently.

Preparation of surface:
The surface should be free of dust, grease etc., else it will affect binding . If the surface is dry, it shoiuld be moistened with clean water.

Mixing method:
Prepare plaster by mixing 6-7 litre of water per every 40 kg bag of UltraTech ReadiPlast. use of mechanicla mixer-electrical strrer is recommended for better results.Mixing should be done for 5-10 minutes depending upon the speed of the mixing equipment. hen the mixure is prepared, leave it for 5 minutes and mix it once again just before use. Do not add any water to the mixture at this point of time. Hard and set plaster should not be mixed again. The correct ratio of water and UltraTechReadiPlast is essential for better results.

Applyingonsurface:

The mixture should be applied within one hour of preparation. If the concrete surface is smooth and dense, it's recommended that the surface is made rough with comb for better sticking of the plaster layer.UltraTechReadiPlastshould be applied with hand and care should be taken that it doesn't have direct exposure to sunlight, wind and rain during it's application.

Curing/Saturation:

In normal weather, UltraTechReadiPlastdoesn't need curing for first 24 hours. After the plaster is completely dry, curing should be done 2-3 times for 2-3 days. In abnormal weather conditions, curing for 5-7 days is required.

Packing:

UltraTechReadiPlastis available in 40 kg & 25 kg bags.

ShelfLife:

UltraTechReadiPlastcan be safely stored upto 6 months if kept on dry place above the ground level and covered well. Hard material should not be used for covering.

Usuallyefflorescence in brickwork depends on the quality of bricks, sand and water. Proper caution should be observed to control efflorescence. If there is a problem of efflorescence in brick laying, the binding of UltraTechReadiPlast also weakens likeother plasters.

UltraTech - Seal & Dry " is Cement based, Single component, Polymer modified, Flexible, Elastomeric waterproof Coating - for Concrete and Masonry surface. "UltraTech - Seal & Dry" is available as adry powder, and is to be mixed with water befiore use. It is grey in color and easily applied by brush or sprayed by spray machines.

SURF ACEPREPARATION

"Ultra Tech- Seal & Dry" is typicallyapplied in two coats. It is important that the following application practices are adhered to for better results:
a) Clean the surfacethoroughlyto ensure that all looselyadhered material is removed&wash the surface withclean potable water so that no dust remains on the surface. Care should be taken to see that there is no water poolingand that all excesswater is removed before application.
b) There should not be any oil, grease, fungus etc. on the surface before application since it may hinder the adhesion of the product to the surface. Allowthe surface to dry properly prior to application of the product.

MIXING:

• tis very important that proper and thorough mixing of the "UltraTech- Seal &Dry" is done with water before use. Itis advisable to use mechanical stirrerfor uniform and thorough mixingand to save time and labor.
• Takea clean vessel/bucket which does not have any hole or cut and add some water in the empty vessel to ensure no powder gets stuck on the bottom of the vessel and put required quantity of "UltraTech- Seal &Dry" in it.
• MixingRatio-Mixingwater shall be 30-35% of the weight of powder.
• Mixboth thoroughly to get uniform paste. Ensurethat no powder is leftunmixed at the bottom of the vessel. The Slurryis now ready for application.
• It is desireable to use the material within2 hours.
• For bigger jobs, it is advisable to use mechanical stirrer and spray machines. Proper care shall be taken at the time of mixingand spraying to ensure better result.

UltraTech SuperStucco is a versatile facing material that can be applied to any that or undulartig surface and can be used as a base coat for interiors or as final finish for exteriors. Ultratech SuperStucco can be applied directly over smooth concrete surfaces without hackling and generaly requires no curing after application. It even jhelps level semi-plastered surfaces like interiors walls & ceiling and alos acts as as excellent crack filling material for external walls. Surface Preparation:

The base surface should be cured properly priorto the application of Super Stucco.Itmustbe cleaned thoroughly, with no loose particles or dust. The surface must be structurally sound, clean and free from dirt, oil, grease, ef Aores cenceor any other contaminant that couldimpairthe natural bond. Surface defects such as cracks,holes or voids should be repaired prior to application. The base surface should also be in-line& leveled before the application of Super Stucco.

Pre- Wetting Of The Substrate:

It is essential to ~et the surface properly before application of Super Stucco. This ensures easy workability, higher coverage and higher bonding strength with the surface.
